standing volume, harvest volume, access,
and many other factors.

1000€ & 2000€ / ha depending on type
(arable, vineyards, orchards), soil
quality, hydrology, and many other
factors.

Annual
tax on rural land (forests and
farmland) is approximately 0.35€
/ha.

Notary
Fees + Taxes = 1% to 2% of the
transaction amount (varriable according to
amount).
